日本のジャズベーシストである濱瀬元彦の３枚めのアルバム。
オリジナルは 1986年発売ですが、2018年に再録音されたのがこちら。
ジャズではなくアンビエント ミュージックで、ミニマル＆ヒーリング風のエレクトリカルフュージョンといった味わいで、独特の世界を構築しています。
瞑想するには面白すぎるので向きません。
